The philosophy of the College of Engineering is rooted in the pursuit of innovation, problem-solving, and technological advancement for societal development. The programme is designed to produce engineers who possess strong theoretical foundations, practical skills, and creative thinking abilities to address complex engineering challenges. Through an integrated curriculum that combines engineering sciences, design principles, and hands-on laboratory experience, students are prepared to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve quality of life, drive economic growth, and contribute to sustainable development.

The aim of the programme is to produce innovative, competent, and ethically responsible engineers. The programme objectives are to:

Study and application of electricity, electronics, power systems, telecommunications, and control systems.

Application of engineering principles to healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, and rehabilitation technology.

Design and operation of chemical processes for manufacturing fuels, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and materials.

Programme Duration: 5 years (including compulsory industrial training)
